Pros
Relatively international than other business units within Alibaba. Good salary and benefits such as free gym, cheap canteen food and lots of corporate culture training and events.
Cons
But most people in the marketing team in Hangzhou cannot speak fluent English which was astonishing considering it was operating in more than 220 countries. Very competitive environment in which the performance review was brutal.
