Bad experience / Disappointed - Business Development AliExpress Employee Review

I have had a mixed experience at the company. I was promised a hybrid role, but it requires five days in the office. My responsibilities changed upon starting, and the annual bonus, initially stated as three months' salary, is now only two months based on aggressive targets. Sick days result in salary deductions and loss of benefits, suggesting employee well-being is not a priority. Meetings are often scheduled last minute and inconveniently, and there’s a lack of support and budget, hindering progress. Leadership, primarily based in China, does not engage with the local team, contributing to disconnect. Additionally, there has been noticeable employee turnover, indicating potential issues within the organizational culture. Addressing these concerns could greatly enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
