Most employees are engaged and actively providing feedback on the product. - CTO / head of product is a great leader and manager; he actively sought out feedback to improve, had no ego, and really cared about his team. I will miss him as a manager! - Great hiring strategy; Algrano has retained motivated, experienced, friendly and creative professionals on below-market salaries. There’s really a feeling of community and purpose. - Working on something that makes the world better; empowering coffee producers. Impact.

- Salaries not competitive for Zürich/tech, but not sure it’s fair to criticise given that everybody knows what they are signing up for - Limited scope for progression

I enjoy a lot working at algrano. It's a forward thinking environment with a beautiful mission: to provide producers, intermediaries and roasters of coffee with technology to make coffee trade more transparent, equal and sustainable. The company if growing and offering many careers opportunities. Employees are asked to grow with the company.

As a startup, employees may feel a bit insecure about the future, but with the increasing sales, algrano is right on track and gaining traction every single day.
