Pros
People are nice, you feel looked after. Salary is decent and typically have at least inflation raises each year. Work life balance is great. Very inclusive environment with good emotional safety in most teams.
Cons
Promotions process is very unclear and dependent on managers. Feels like you won't get promoted unless you make a fuss. The company, especially in engineering, are bad at retaining women.
