      Pros

      Excellent new hire training. Fun energetic group, Hands on ownership. Owners work along side staff not buried in a fancy office. Great work environment. Happy place. Free snacks and drinks. Once per month lunches to celebrate birthdays for all staff across 3 offices. Annual Xmas party with free hotel stay and parking. Great industry relationships.

      Offer more tools for experienced recruiters early on such as Advanced LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice and Monster recruiting accounts.

      Coworkers are friendly, and everyone wants everyone to succeed. Management is incredible, hands-off but always there for support when needed. Good compensation structure
