Pros
Had good time working with the coworkers and good staff parties. Good place for recent graduates to start building their experience or retirees from major univiersites/colleges to work for a comfy position with decent paycheck.
Cons
The owners could really do with a bit more open-mindedness and better objectivity. There is an obvious nepotism and favouritism, which really makes people working there frustrated and helpless. I've seen many talented and enthusiastic young professionals left or were lt go because of some disagreement with the owners or causing disharmony among team members. They really need to start focusing more on employee rentention strategies and fostering a more inclusive company culture. If you are thinking about joining this company, you can start and learn the ropes but you might want to keep your eyes open for the next step in your career for different company.
