Pros
gained valuable experience. The role provided exposure to high-level decision-making and a fast-paced environment that enhanced my skills.
Cons
employee recognition—both financially and in terms of workplace support—was lacking. Career progression and appreciation were not always based on performance, which affected overall motivation. Additionally, operational inefficiencies, such as lack of resources, bureaucratic delays, or insufficient resources that made daily tasks more challenging than necessary. One of the most pressing concerns was the abuse of power within HR. Instead of serving as a bridge between employees and leadership, HR frequently acted in a way that prioritized control over fairness. Decisions often felt arbitrary, with little transparency or regard for employee well-being. This created an environment where employees hesitated to voice concerns, fearing retaliation rather than expecting support. While the company offers good exposure, I would advise future employees to set clear expectations from the start and document agreements where possible.
