      Pros

      I choose to work remotely but have an office if I need to go in person at any time. Company regularly sends out employee satisfaction surveys to gauge how they’re doing and they do listen and make changes based on the feedback.

      Cons

      Company is still fairly new and growing rapidly. Company infrastructure needs improvement. Payroll and timekeeping is a mess.

      Not many pros to talk about.

      Cons

      Way to many accounts and underpaid based on workload. Employees leave and workload just shifted to remaining employees. To much nepotism.
