Pros

They take care of employees. Your primary contract will be with Florida Blue which is the biggest health insurance company in FL. You can get contracts with a few other companies to sell ancillary products. If your an in house agent you will work in a call-center environment. If your a contractor you have no set schedule. There are pros and cons to both. Contractors have a higher pay ceiling while in house agents have a floor in the 30k range but can get higher over time as you earn bonuses. They support both types of agents and your effort will have a direct affect on your success but you won't fail for lack of help. During open enrollment the Tampa office has an awesome DAILY buffet for the entire 6 weeks of open enrollment. The bosses are easy to work with its hard to imagine a call center environment better than this one.

Cons

For in house agents: you will work in a cubicle in a call center which is not for everyone. For contract agents you have a higher ceiling of pay that is attainable but if you are not disciplined you won't do well and you can have charge-backs.
