- No yearly increase in salary (only if the project hits the market) - Most of the projects are rushed and easily killed quickly - Limited human resource - Job role doesn't matter, you help other division if needed - Minimum one-on-one supervised by lead division for self improvement, they're to busy with other stuff - Junior can be let loose and let them figure them out by their self and not supervised enough

- Terrible project and human resource management - You wont get any constructive feedbacks - A lot of rushed projects - Too many useless meetings - If you don't like hyper casual games then this place is not for you - If you're in the prototype team, your job desk does not matter, you have to contribute in every role/ jobdesk - Unpaid overtime - No career growth - Poor Office hygiene
