- Junior can be let loose and let them figure them out by their self and not supervised enough

- Too many useless meetings
- If you don't like hyper casual games then this place is not for you
- If you're in the prototype team, your job desk does not matter, you have to contribute in every role/ jobdesk
- Unpaid overtime
- No career growth
- Poor Office hygiene
