Pros
A TRUE focus on primary care physicians, not just a tag line. Aledade as a whole has a "can do" attitude and a young enough company that thinking outside the box to solve problems for practices is the norm. Leadership is the best I have seen in 29 years in healthcare IT, however it is the team approach that clearly makes this company amazing to work for!
Cons
Cannot think of any Cons after being here a little over a year.
