Pros
I am a nerd. I love diving into data as a taking messy things and making them clear. I enjoy learning, collaborating, and interacting with others as well as not being micromanage and given the autonomy to run my projects. This checks off boxes that were essential to how I needed to do work. Aledade is that girl right now. I like that the CEO is regularly visible and that the company is continuing to evolve and refine itself into an organization that doubles down on its infernal values. Lots of changes and info comes at you that oftentimes takes time to digest. I cannot stress this enough. Brace yourself for CHANGE AND INFO!
Cons
Having a solid market manager is a toss up. A good leader must be a clear communicator. Lacking this can set unrealistic expectations or withholding valuable feedback until the last minute is not a good move at all. I find myself having to manage the manager to ensure I am fully informed of pertinent feedback that might make me look bad.
