      Pros

      None at all. Literally nothing, I'm glad they are closed.

      Cons

      Delayed salaries, broken communication, constant lies from the CXOs. People were laid-off without a proper explanation.

      Pros

      - completely remote work culture - very flexible hours - founder is notorious in the ml community so working for her is a great career booster - the work is interesting

      Cons

      - solo founder without an exec team so it is hard to get her guidance - some toxic team members should have been fired a long time ago - juniors are lazy and we seniors often have to do their work
