- completely remote work culture - very flexible hours - founder is notorious in the ml community so working for her is a great career booster - the work is interesting

- solo founder without an exec team so it is hard to get her guidance - some toxic team members should have been fired a long time ago - juniors are lazy and we seniors often have to do their work

1. When I joined I felt that the founding team and the current team had done a good job in the work that they did considering how chaotic the management from the CEO was/is 2. Mostly working with good colleagues

1. Dr Jennifer Prendki is bad at running a company. Her and her husband work together as if it is a family business and come up with lots of excuses and lies. I've never seen anyone be this fraudulent in a corporate environment. 2. The CEO lack direction , she sits and barks orders and undeliverable deadlines and even if the deadlines are met her incompetency in creating and selling a product shows when she fails miserably in paying her employees their monthly salary. Never seen any company like Alectio 3. The CEO seems to live a lavish lifestyle by hiring and firing employees thereby making sure no one can get equity in the company 4. No work life balance, only CEO fill pocket
