The attorneys are overloaded with work and have little to no assistance; and most of the assistants/staff that are there have little to no training making them incompetent. The billable hour requirements is unrealistic and the pressure for billable hours is out of control; Florida Bar needs to take a look at billing practices for this firm. Managing partner, Zakkyiah White, is never seen in the office, and couldn't care less about the employees.
