Pros

Colleagues below senior leadership are genuinely great to work with. The business is full of talented people, including some of the smartest professionals I've had the pleasure of working alongside.

Cons

**Cons** Poor management and ineffective senior leadership. The business has been through repeated rounds of redundancies, resulting in low morale, uncertainty and a culture where employees struggle to feel secure in their roles. Communication from leadership was often lacking, particularly during periods of significant change, leaving many employees feeling undervalued and unsupported. From my experience, I would think carefully before joining unless you're comfortable with the possibility of restructuring and limited job security. The direction of the business did not inspire confidence. I was also aware of reports that employees were encouraged to leave positive reviews on this platform, which, if accurate, raises questions about how representative the overall ratings are.

Pros

Some talented, hardworking colleagues who genuinely try their best despite the environment around them.

Cons

Leadership lacks foresight and struggles to communicate a coherent direction — decisions feel reactive rather than strategic, and internal politics get in the way of good judgement. Controls, systems, and accountability structures are weak for a firm of this size, with little consistency in how decisions are made or communicated. Redundancies were pushed through with no clear rationale, timed just before bonus payout — a decision that conveniently avoided paying out hard-earned bonuses to teams and individuals who had put in significant unpaid overtime, late nights, and weekends. This isn't just poor planning, it reflects badly on the culture at the top. The firm markets itself heavily around its "2024 Best Places to Work" award — from the inside, that reputation is no longer close to reality.
