Pros
Some talented, hardworking colleagues who genuinely try their best despite the environment around them.
Cons
Leadership lacks foresight and struggles to communicate a coherent direction — decisions feel reactive rather than strategic, and internal politics get in the way of good judgement. Controls, systems, and accountability structures are weak for a firm of this size, with little consistency in how decisions are made or communicated.
Redundancies were pushed through with no clear rationale, timed just before bonus payout — a decision that conveniently avoided paying out hard-earned bonuses to teams and individuals who had put in significant unpaid overtime, late nights, and weekends. This isn't just poor planning, it reflects badly on the culture at the top.
The firm markets itself heavily around its "2024 Best Places to Work" award — from the inside, that reputation is no longer close to reality.
