Pros
1. There are constant opportunities to upskill, especially if you’re interested in the latest ServiceNow features or moving into AI and machine learning workflows. 2. You aren't just stuck on one thing, you get to work on a wide range of projects and technologies, which keeps the work interesting. 3. I really value the fact that I got the opportunity to work on client-facing roles early on, which is great for builiding confidence. 4. The team environment is very supportive, and it’s a place where people actually help each other out. 5. If you work hard and deliver, it’s quite easy to get noticed by senior management.
Cons
1. Because the projects are high-stakes and client-driven, the schedule can get pretty hectic at times. 2. There are definitely "crunch" periods where the workload piles up, so you have to be good at managing your own time to stay on top of things.
