Alcon/Novartis merger - Senior Electronics Technician Alcon Employee Review

Since, Alcon was acquired by Novartis, it seems like on the manufacturing side they only care about numbers, management comes to the production floor to look at the charts linear or non-linear. Quality it is out the question. I've working for Alcon for more than 8 I am leaving soon.
