Working with the people at Alcon has been fantastic. Great pay and benefits, and some of the best people in the indsutry
Cons
Novartis acquired the company a few years ago and 99% of the sales team is frustrated with how they run the company. Several top sales people have left and the overall morale is low and growing lower. Backorders and products rushed to market have left a bad taste in longtime Alcon supporters
