      Pros

      Pay and Benefits were outstanding.

      Cons

      The acquisition by Novartis has significantly changed the culture. Given the typical challenges of a buy out, Novartis leadership may have forgotten they purchased people as well as products and margins.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      Cons

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
