Pros
Great money if you work hard and smart. Best 6 figure job for people looking to stay complacent in their role for a long while. Typical pharmaceutical company environment. Most management in the Northeast is solid and do not micromanage.
Cons
Company was going through an extensive "women-in-leadership" initiative in 2013. If you were not a woman, you had greatly diminished opportunity to grow in the short term. In addition, there were numerous (and typical) changes under new Novartis ownership which stymied many peoples career growth. Including my own (why I left). There was positive change underway, but too slow for my career goals.
