Many of the team have advanced degrees (PhDs and Master's Degrees) so you'll be pushed to the limit to keep up, but in a great way. Positive reinforcement is common and important. Everyone is encouraged to push themselves and, necessarily, that will lead to sometimes failing but also leads to great success. As a company, Alchera is very good about recognising people's success and supporting them when they fail.

Because it's a fast-moving company, sometimes the goals can change on short notice so employees need to be flexible in their approach to work and be ready to change direction quickly.
