Pros

Unlimited PTO - although many people take advantage of this and/or don't get to use it because they are so overworked

Cons

Where to start? I worked here for a little over 1.5 years and saw over 25 people quit or be fired. There is an incredibly high turnover rate. People were fired randomly and surprisingly and those who quit often times didn't have a new job lined up yet, but it didn't matter because the burnout was too bad. Upper management seems to hear everyones problems and seems to come up with solutions, yet nothing is ever really done. And in the meantime they go ahead and hire more upper management to do...what? Not sure. Strategists, Analysts and Strategy Analysts are among the most understaffed and overworked positions. Strategists CANNOT take time off and basically run the place. Analysts can take time off as they don't often lead meetings but are always buried in work and also overworked and Strategy Analysts essentially do the work of both Analysts and Strategists, yet get paid nothing. Strategy Analysts essentially do the work Strategists and Analysts do (when the Strategists and Analysts NEED help), but with 0 training and no proper compensation. People are on upward of 12 to maybe 15 accounts at any given time and don't worry you won't get an increase in salary no matter how many accounts you are on. People have quit from either burnout or shortly after being hired because there was no training for them whatsoever. Client meetings are WEEKLY so if you are on 12 accounts, thats 12 client meetings in one week. Good luck getting your work done when your calendar is filled. Also say goodbye to your mental well being and overall happiness. This place will chew you up and spit you out in a very short amount of time. Don't work here.

Pros

Every day is a learning experience. Exposure to several parts of marketing analytics instead of being limited to repetitive reporting. Constant opportunities to improve organization and problem-solving skills through real client projects. People who listen and share their knowledge. Coworkers sharing ideas and suggestions regularly. Good sense of teamwork and no toxic competition.

Cons

Things move too fast sometimes.

Pros

Some of the people are not so bitter, but the vast majority are.

Cons

Leadership prioritizes cost cutting over employee wellbeing Very high turnover, that is why they keep hiring. The workload kept getting worse and they expect you to do so much but the pay is far lower compared to the workload and stress. Management uses fear tactics to force employees to complete tasks and employees stayed quiet to avoid problems. Some managers were openly rude and disrespectful. Some of them were promoted through manipulation and dishonesty, building chaos and confusion along the way. I have no respect for them. I never have. It was genuinely sickening. People were treated badly for taking time off and the abuse from management never stopped. Your experience and abilities are not valued at all. Most employees have been there for years with no promotion or raise. There is no real commitment to corporate values. If you dare to complain, management assumes you have an attitude problem and gives you a damaging review. Whenever issues are reported to executives, everything gets pushed back and ignored. Do not expect any change. The company refuses to make improvements that actually matter. Coming here is at your own risk.
