Pros
1. Diverse environment 2. Passionate CEO 3. Niche start-up that allows “some” progression internally. 4. Co-workers are fine
Cons
1. Albiware is going nowhere anytime soon. The product doesn’t have enough juice to lift off ground and it seems like they’ll stagnate much like other competitors in the industry they stack against. 2. Disorganized, it’s a series A start-up so anyone coming in just know it’s messy and has a lot of work to be a well oiled machine. 3. Fully in office. 4. You probably won’t be promoted and that’s based on business need. There are great sellers here that could be amazing elsewhere. 5. For SDR hires, you’re not going to see much success unless you’re willing to chase a high no-show rate POC. It’s a blue-collar 24/7 response demographic so more often than not you’ll set meetings and they won’t show until 3-4 appointed meetings. 6. A lot of the previous 5 star reviews were made by the CEO’s younger brother who buffs the organization. Fair, but you can see how bias that is, right?
