Work flow is steady and work with good people. They have fought hard to keep benefits cost down.
Cons
The company is run by human resources. We have so many programs that are forced upon us that seem to do absolutely nothing other than waste time and money. They constantly make decisions that negatively effect work life and then when we complain they just say "oh well thats the way it is". Alban is also one of the lower paying companies out there. Morale right now is pretty bad.
