Pros

- They got a bunch of funding a few years ago. Crazy times, crazy investors! Justice will be served as those valuations will lose some wealthy people money.

Cons

- Leadership team is a joke and grossly inexperienced. They got their money so now just keep things afloat till they can sail off into the sunset. - HR leadership is not qualified at all, they just do as they're told no backbone. Write canned thoughtless responses to the bevy of poor reviews on Glassdoor. - Product is horribly bad, no one wants to buy this overpriced garbage. This is a sinking ship but no one will ever admit.

Pros

Great benefits and employee engagement. The product itself is modern and user friendly.

Cons

AlayaCare had extremely high turnover coming from leadership all the way down to their base-level employees. There seems to be a strong favor towards Canadian employees vs American employees. Lack of HR support when you need it most - I would know, I was harassed by another employee for several months before the person was held accountable. Lacking representation of black and brown employees.
