Pros
Flight benefits, but even that isn’t worth it.
Cons
Where do I even start, the management is terrible, you cannot get a straight answer from them, if you ask one question you’ll get 20 different answers. There is literally no consistency in this company whatsoever. You have to pay for union dues while you are on probation, which makes no sense at all, why pay for something when you’re not even apart of the company yet and they can fire you at any minute. They have a union meeting which consisted of them handing you the union book (not going over the union at all) and then handing you a piece of paper telling you to sign it so they can take your union dues out every month. If you’re new get ready to be “juniored”, that basically means that can make you work mandatory OT. They can junior you to where you’re working 16 hr a day and ON YOUR DAY OFF. Say you start at 1:30pm-10pm, they’ll either come up to you or post on the wall that you’ve been juniored and now you start at 6am or end at 2am!! The only way they can’t junior you is if you pick up OT on your own for at least 4 hours (that protects you for 2 days from being juniored). Coworkers like to talk a lot, everyone is in everyone’s business when they don’t need to be, it’s like high school all over again. Management could care less about you and things going on in your life. If you are 1 min late you get a point. If you get into a car accident and are late, you get a point, lmao ridiculous. Look anywhere other than this place!!
