BEWARE! I worked at this company for over 2 years and was let go for "performance" 3 weeks before my stock vesting. No vesting or severance. If you get an offer here, make sure to negotiate like hell and get everything documented. Recruiters and HR may not know company policy (due to turnover), or may mislead you. In my case: - The stock "grant date" was 2 months after my start date - Stock vesting cliff is 2 years after "grant date" - Their 401k match comes with a 4 year vesting schedule Virginia does not have strong employment protection laws so you'd be at their mercy. Management makes unrealistic timelines/targets and scapegoats rank-and-file when things don't go their way. Constant self comparisons to Apple Inc and Steve Jobs are pretty annoying.
