Best place to work if you want steep learning with responsibilities. The leaders are veterans in their fields with immense knowledge in the insurance space. They keep abreast with the constant shifting in work culture paradigms making it the best place for freshers/ recent graduate to give their best and make it to the top.

Pay is at least at market, remote work readily available, some parts of the company are team oriented. There was work coming in steadily, so job security was good in 2022.

Lack of team concept, Titles are handed out but they do not match work load or job description. Senior management has no idea how managers deal with direct line staff.
