There are opportunities for advancement. Leadership is available to listen. There are mentorship programs. There are online training classes. There is great energy and excitement for serving the community at AHS. The benefits package are the best!
Cons
The staff who have been at the facilities a very long time can be less then welcoming at times. There are many levels of compliancy requirements at different departments and it can be difficult to track.
