Pros
As a county hospital, the pay and benefits are generous. The patients are very diverse which can contribute to a meaningful experience providing care.
Cons
This institution is the most disorganized and neglectful organization I've ever seen, which unfortunately greatly impacts the quality of the care to the patients. My position never remotely resembled my job description nor what was offered to me during my interview. Politics are more influential than reason and knowledge.
