Managing posed a great opportunity to lead staff members as well as interacting and assisting guests in a new way. Pay is difficult to maintain and not consistant however 100% of your tips goes to you. When I first started working (in Powell) it was very easy get hours, when I moved to another location in Worthington I got very few, there was also some issues with other staff getting along.
