Pros
Small enough it feels like family despite having people all over the country, strives to do better both for the company and for their employees, great benefits package, continual growth, non micromanaging (for the most part), very open to employees suggestions and needs, have a few days off immediately after hiring paperwork is completed, and don't have to wait a year before start getting days off.
Cons
There are still some upper management that feels that micromanagement is the best way to manage.
