Project HSEM - Project Safety Manager Al muhaidib Employee Review

One manshow- Corporate Safety& quality (funny) Manager rules there. No personal recognition , No proper appraisals- introducing big plans and spend millions of money on that name end result is always zero. NO PLAN is reaching to the normal employee level. NO TIMELY VACATION- they won't allow your vacation even if it is due fro 6 months, saying project targets to finish! same time all the senior managers can go for vacations. Another problem they need Area Manager/Corporate Manager approvals on every vacation request regardless the lowest category employee. Means Project Manager's signature doesn't have any value in the company. Owner level is not actively involving in the contracting division, they have misguided by the contracting division managers, showing fake reports of the benefits. SALARY REVIEW- forget about that word unless you are an Arab-speaking with good buttering capacity. Safety Culture in papers only- Many deaths happened in many sites( not even any major accidents in sites I worked) Only progress they are focused, Procurement dept is failure. Planning is disastrous as no practical on site experienced Managers are reviewing before approving.
