Learning curve, supportive environment from colleagues of the same class

- below industry average paid - no OT paid/ recognition although I worked till 3-4am on a daily basis and 1-2am during weekend - minimum salary increase on top of a very low base - no WLB; no respect for PTO (people still reached out during my time off) - management could have careless about employees well-being. Whenever there’s a problem they would even blame the junior staffs - no clear track for career development. All they will ever give you is promises
