      Pros

      Friendly, respectful, relaxed atmosphere; everyone was laid back and joked a lot. Despite there being several employees from the CEO's family employed there, everyone was nice and there didn't appear to be any blatant nepotism.

      Cons

      Low pay, building old and dirty, no elevator (which was inconvenient while carrying heavy things up the stairs), often loud and hard to concentrate

      Flexible and relaxed environment, nice people, interesting and varied work.

      Cons

      Old paper systems, family hierarchy and friendships prioritized in management, outdated and aging equipment, resistant to chance, resistance to needed corporate structure, systems and processes to facilitate growth.
