Pros
AkkenCloud is a steadily growing company with a clear vision for the future. Everyone works hard to make sure the customers are happy and feel supported. Leadership is supportive and is always available. The culture is very relaxed, and you are not micromanaged, letting you do your work and take responsibility. Open vacation, weekly lunch and learns, socials on Fridays, and company outings keep the morale at a good level.
Cons
Temperature is usually pretty cold in most sections of the office. Would like to see a variety of offerings for the lunch and learns instead of pizza (some people in the office can't eat it).
