Pros
My coworkers are amazing and the only reason I still work here. The unlimited PTO is another reason, but I've heard whispering that that might be taken away from us in the near future.

Where do I start??
Ever since we've gotten our new CEO a few months ago, everything has been going downhill. He pretends to care about you as an employee, but is really only here to set up our company to be bought up by some bigger company. When he's not laughing it up with the numerous leadership buddies he got a job for at our company, he is bragging about the multiple properties he owns. Like dude, I haven't gotten a raise for over 2 years and can barely pay rent on my one apartment. Don't even get me started on how all of leadership treats women.
We are all living in constant fear of when the next random layoff will be. It's like the Hunger Games around here.
