This company is geared toward people looking for their first job. Perks include a hammock, lego table, and bean bag chairs - if you are into that sort of thing. This is a company that defines growth by head count - not sales. And, for a company with a difficult to implement solution - that makes sense. But, you can't really consider yourself a software company if you give the software away for free and only charge for the Professional Services. If this company only gets transient customers...they won't be here for long.
