      None no pros at all ....well unless you are a male.

      Cons

      Micro management managers that don't have a clue what they are doing ..disrespectful. post jobs that aren't available....male driven so no room for women to ad advance. Very poor company in general

      Pros

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
