      Generally starts you at a higher position title than competitors based on education and work history. Good benefits. Outstanding management in SAVA Solutions. This is only one of three places where I’ve actually liked management and felt truly respected as an individual and employee.

      Subcontracts with other larger companies that are out to place their own people in your position.

      Pros

      Rational, problem-solving focused, and minimal interference in work.

      Cons

      Can be pragmatic to the point of cold-heartedness. Due to being cost-focused, contract was significantly underbid and understaffed, leading to stretching of resources. Benefits are very minimal.
