Among all the companies I've worked for in my life, this is by far the most messed up and toxic organization. The top management is utterly incompetent, and on top of that, there’s the tyranny of old employees who transitioned here after the Akij Group split into clusters. They literally see any new employee as a threat and actively create obstacles at every step! Here, the business is run by a team called Opex — a bunch of absolute clowns. In a typical organization, decisions involving business require careful consideration from the CEO, MD, or Chairman. But here, everything runs under the command of one random person from Opex! On top of that, how can the PA to the MD interfere in business decisions or get involved in matters that should be handled by a business head? It’s beyond my comprehension. And let’s not forget the so-called HR Head — a person named Habib — another clown who doesn’t think twice about threatening to hit employees with a chair during meetings! The HR team here consists of some of the most pathetic and useless personnel I’ve ever seen. In short, think a hundred and one times before joining this place. The owner might genuinely have good intentions, but thanks to the toxic people surrounding him, the organization is sinking fast. The workplace culture and environment are completely rotten. If you want to live in constant tension over toxicity and job insecurity — then yes, you're welcome here!
