Pros
The company is flexible with work schedule and respects work life balance almost too much. There are some great mentors there if you can earn their respect and get on their schedule. Excellent benefits package. It is easy to move up if you have work experience, good customer service, a good work ethic and are willing to produce greater than the bare minimum.
Cons
This company is top heavy. Only a couple of the upper mgmt staff have applicable architectural or engineering experience that is helpful to technical designers and project managers. There's too much management staff for its size. Project profits are not distributed fairly given the work expectations, especially when compared to firms of similar size. There is a lack of staff reliability and capability to complete work independently. Design products delivered generally meet the bare minimum. Project managers are not required to have any knowledge of or experience in architectural field/ engineering.
