- Highly abusive CEO and VP, like actual cartoon-to-life bullies who are both vicious and highly incompetent - Long hours - Insane micromanaging - Bad pay - Terrible health insurance benefits - No work life balance - Almost no positive acknowledgment of your work when clients are happy - No training really - expect to learn it all yourself (and expect to be reprimanded if you don't learn it fast enough) - Bullying again. This is the kind of work environment that can give you cancer from the stress and the mean-spirited harassment from your bosses
