      Works if you are desperate to get into the industry

      Cons

      Management is horrendous and treatment of employees is terrible if you let them get away with it. Don't expect to ever be genuinely treated with respect at this place and please avoid if you are a female artist.

      It's not often you receive the chance to work in such a collaborative and creative place, and I'm quite happy I've found myself here.

      None that I can think of.
