Pros

Nothing over there, Full of useless managers

Cons

It is a fintech domain, offering a good opportunity to work and gain the product knowledge. Airpay is one of the top fintech companies in India, similar to Paytm. However, the company is currently the under control of ineffective and technically weak managers who engage in unhealthy politics and favoritism for the personal gain. As a result, skilled and capable employees often struggle to sustain themselves in the organization. These managers tend to make poor decisions and shift blame on to the innocent employees to protect themselves, which is negatively impacting the company's growth. Recently, the company has also been implementing a concerning practice of placing employees on PIP as strategy for termination. Employees who oppose or question management or doing favoritism to other employees are often targeted, placed on PIP, and pressured to resign. If you are confident in your abilities, it is advisable to consider other companies rather than risking your career at Airpay

Pros

You can balance your work and personal life without any obstruction, zonal management is helpful . Salary , expenses , Incentives are on time . Fun rewards & Recognition all are available in yearly R&R pan India staff backend staff all are helpful if you are not arrogant to them . NSH is a lovely person and so polite I have never seen such gentleman in my life .

Cons

Only issues OTR ( one time revenue) no specific planning for new joined employees, they have to rush immediately to business . Very frequently company changes their plans to generate revenue which is a serious issue for field staff. Reliving and fnf is gets delayed without any proper reason. Several KPI is not in use in market which no one is ready to inform you only they will tell you focus on other way to generate revenue.
