      I am currently doing work from home for Airo Global. Sincerely am not facing any work pressure or challenges because of the timely support from the Project Management team here. I can freely communicate and clear my doubts with them at any time.

      Cons

      Saturdays might be working if we have project urgency or deadlines to meet.

      Pros

      The company has kept more focus on developing its people to the best and creating quality products. The culture here is very good compared to other places. There are no shifts, can have a great work-life balance. Highly supportive senior Guys. Flat hierarchy ensures all your voices are reaching intended audiences.

      Cons

      Some times our teammates will be foreigners , So it will be difficult to follow their knowledge level

      Pros

      best of the companies that I have worked for. it is difficult to get promoted and requires extra efforts to get recognized. working with super technical people can sometimes be challenging.

      there is no cons for working here
