Pros
Pay, home every day, Very little interaction with management and corporate. Work at your own pace as long as it's reasonable.
Cons
Management is that in name only. They like to pawn off their responsibilities to trainers and senior personnel. Communication is severely lacking at all levels. Who your trip planner is can make or break your pay. I have had good luck with mine. This company is hard core DEI and very socially liberal. They will try to indoctrinate you to their way of thinking.
