Pros
Most of the people were really great. We had many company gatherings throughout the year. Each year they did an awesome Christmas party.
Cons
High calls and minutes goals for a call center were hard to maintain because of the disruptive atmosphere. Noisy. Training with vendors was a little redundant and excessive; we trained at least 2-3 times every week.
